  Alex and the team at Mcgrath are doing a great job looking after our rental properties. they are professional, friendly and always deliver what they promise. will most certainly be recommending them on. Thanks guys really appreciate what you have done with managing our rentals

  The team at McGrath have been incredibly thorough as we put our house up for sale with Glenn Pagano. He was always available to us for questions etc and he called us with developments every few days. We also had the house up for rent at the same time, to see what would draw interest first, and Alex looked after this for us. We had no idea what we were doing, but together they walked us through the whole process, and really made it a whole lot less stressful. Now that our property is rented, I know Alex and her team will be looking after it for us. I'll definitely enlist Glenns help again when we want to sell it in a year or 2

  Really bad experience with this company. I felt neglected and screwed over. Jackie was rude and very unhelpful. On top of that she kept forgetting my requests regards fixing things at our house we were renting. It was shocking that I sent a request in regards fixing my window that wouldn't close and stayed wide open (security issues for sure!) and been waiting for an answer for good 3 months ( I kept reminding them about the request but no answer). After I decided to not renew the lease and cleaned the old house with help of my and my house mate family Jackie dared instantly (cause that did matter to her but not our requests regards poor standard of the house) to message us that we supposedly left house unclean asking for money to cover their cleaners. And when I asked we can come back and clean what they are unhappy about (mainly to see what really was there left unclean) she said no cause she already took care of it.

  Seriously, zero morals but money suckers. I am sorry but have been telling all my friends about your horrible service and that the the house now you're trying to sell is absolutely rubbish.

  The team at McGrath Real Estate are an amazing bunch. I have worked closely woth both the sales team.and property management and you can see straight away they are the type of people you want on your side. I regularly tell my customers about McGrath Real Estate and so should you!

  We at The Fawcett Group do lots of maintenance work for McGrath Real Estate and find Alex Maguire and her 6 x Property Managers to be Awesome to deal with. They are always very transparent and clear with their work order requests. Friendly and Professional would best describe the team at McGrath Real Estate. If anybody who owns an investment property is looking for a someone to Manage their property then look no further.

  As for Glen Pagano he is an absolute gentleman and treats everybody he meets with a friendly smile and genuine care . He has helped a family member of mine sell their property in Glenelg recently and achieved better price than expected and in quick time. Thanks Glen i strongly recommend you to family and friends.
